GSF pumps are O.K.
THe lower hose is common to all water boxers. The steel ones are better than the plastic. Synchronuts may have some second hand.

The water pipe under the crank pulley was a real bu66er to get hold of for us as gsf nor any of the bus places have them in stock due to being obsolete. I took the old one to a few engineering places, none of which would make it up for me. In the end, we got a 2nd hand one from someone breaking a T25.

If you can't source one, you might have better luck taking the old one and getting it repaired or engineered from a local pipe company. We couldn't repair ours as the hole was worn away from the inside. Good luck.

ok most parts sourced new now. except vw wanted £40 for a crank seal bit of shopping around and i found one for £5 . bit of a saving there vw pump was less than gsf wanted and it looks like i found the last long metal pipe in uk.

fingers crossed it all turns up right.

if it doesn`t. tent at bvf. :(

thanks all again lee.

Have any of you got a spare bit of rubber hose that joins the pipes behind the pulley, I need one asap.
Have you seen him?

it's just a short bit of straight hose that connects them, can't remember the diameter but I picked some up easily, will have a look in my garage tonight and see if there is any left over you could have
