2.0 exchanger removal

right, i've got an eber fitted, so i don't need the exhaust exchangers, but what's the best exhaust system to fit? want something that's gonna release a few more ponies...

used to put "j-tubes" on all my bays instead of exchangers, dont know if you can get them for a CU or not, i'd be interested if you could

"J" tubes are available from Lee Arnold (LA Performance) or Status VW, be warned they are not cheap but do release a few more badly needed horses from the CU motor. I've had a set of Lee's on my camper for about 5 years and they are still in fine fettle.

Just about to embark on building my own custom exhaust for street and strip ,this will be a 4-1 with equal length headers ,acording to my zorst guru ,the key to releseing the power from type 4 motor . ,were still at the setting up the jig stage at the moment. but i will le tyou know how things progress might be worth my while produceing a few sets for a standard set up engine .
anyone got the cam spec for a standard engine and the rev range ...Steve ???
