gearbox oil leak

I have a leak on my gearbox, I beleive it to be from the seals around the driveshafts, Is it just a matter off removing the drive shaft and replacing the seal or is that wishful thinking. Does anybody know if these seals are still available from vw. Cheers in advance Steve

Yeh, I've got the same problem. Anyone know of anyone with experience doing this job closer to Cardiff?
