leaking master cylinder brake light

just can't get the thread bewtenn the new master cylinder and the new rake light to stop leaking. Any ideas, don't want to just keep tightening it. Thread loack probably won't work as its now covered in brake fluid

did you use a new fibre washer?

ptfe tape ?

there is no fibre washer between the brake light switch and the master cylinder, not on ETKA or in any manual for Type 25, could try PTFE tape but it shouldn't be required as the threads should pull up tight
