bike rack question

hello
i have bike rack on the van.its the old type one
looks like paulchen one .i seen some on here with extensions each side
which wheels fit into.does anyone know where to get these extensions?

thats the rack .cant seem to find wheel clamp things
might get someone to make up something or find something similar off different type.
