HOW DO I MOVE THESE FECKIN SEATS??

HI ALL,
NEW TO THIS FOURUM JAZZ BUT LOOKS PROPER GOOD LIKE :D

WELL I GOT A PICK UP AND I CAN'T SEEM TO SLIDE THE SEATS, DRIVERS AND PASSENGER, FOWARD OR BACK!! :x

I HAVE NEARLY SNAPPED THE BLEADIN HANDLE OFF WHILST JAMMING FEET UP ON THE DASH IN AN ATTEMPT TO GET THESE LIL PUPPIES TO MOVE BUT NO JOY.
ANY TIPS ON GETTING THEM SLIDDING?

hello, and welcome to the forum.....but please turn you caps lock off - forum etiquette says that caps is the equivilent of shouting!


your seats....first thing...to remove them, they slide off the front. They cannot come off the back

John has a panel.....that had "fixed" seats......the only way we could get them to move was to spray the runners with some lubricant....get the rubber mallet and a chunk off wood....I held the little handle up, and john whacked the runners. Had to go from side to side to get the thing to move.

Also - there is a little catch the opposite side to the sliding handle that you need to flick for the chair to totally release.

Oh, and if you have a twin seat pssenger side, it won't slide forward and back, as the seat back should be fixed!
