2l type 4 Aircooled MPG??

Hi I am looking at engine options for my van and am curious - what sort of MPG should i expect to get from a 2l type 4 engine??

Also does any1 knoew what MPG you could expect from a golf gti engine in a t25??

15-25mpg from a 2L A/c

My Type 25 gives between 18 and 24. Going over 65 on a motorway is where it starts to drink the juice.
Just about to change to a Weber and will post results, hopefully an improvement.
