Cheers for comms guys, gunna try and find some bumpers at Bustypes (if i can make it next weekend).
As for seeing the van in flesh lloyd, it'll be another month or so before her first outing. Still gotta get the interior panels covered and bed foams etc.

Managed to fit the front wheels with 25mm spacers and longer bolts, just the rear studs to fit now....coming on now though, can't wait to use it.

Rite, the vans gone to my mechanic today, he's doing the final touches to the van--

Stud conversion front and rear
Sorting wheel bearings out
Changing rear springs for sorter ones
Final four wheel alignment
(would like to do this myself but haven't got time left)

Then we are ready to rock n roll to Glasto :D

Still need to find some nice Chrome bumpers, roof rack and a rear ladder...... if anyone knows where any are going cheap, please PM me

JUST managed to finish the van off the DAY we went Glasto (had to fit thermocouple to fridge :trunk :trunk )
So glad to start using her. I do have a few issues to sort though, front wheels catching front arches a little on full lock on rough ground, roof lining already starting to sag ( should have changed it really)
Anyhow a few shots of the van in use....enjoy
Any suggestions on any other mods to finish her off would be appreciated
