Another fridge poser

Post by Donald360 »

The other problem I'm having with fitting this fridge (see my posts on electrickery) is that the gas supply pipe that is in place is a slightly larger diameter than the connector underneath the fridge.

Is there an adaptor of some sort where I can still use this gas pipe, not sure what the exact mm dimensions are. Is there standard sizes? Looks like microbore pipe for central heating.

Has any one else solved this little problem successfully? I'm starting to realise that uless you are starting from the ground up, any modifications to the van require an endless series of work-arounds and modifications.

Any help appreciated,
Donald.

Btw, managed to sort out the bendy exhaust pipe from fridge problem. I used a bit of corrugated pipe from an old ebber and a touch of ingenuity.

Cheers,
Donald.
