Great Campsite

Post by keith »

Hope this may be of interest..............

Just got back from a great weekend at a campsite very local to me.....but never given it a look before:

Called Glencote, Station Road, Cheddleton,
Staffs

Dead handy for Alton towers
Right next to Churnet Valley Steam Railway
5 mins walk to canal side pub "the Boat" which serves good price pub food.

Site itself is absolutely spot on, manicured grass, hook ups, water on every pitch. Spotless loos and showers......

and cracking little fishing lake.
Most helpful staff ever....nothing too much trouble.

Paid £20 for 4 of us.

well recommended.

Maybe you could do a review for Kathyshack's website, to let people know a bit more about it:

Review done.

Give it a bash.

Forgot to say there were 2 other t25s on sit.
A leisure drive hightop and a mint camo style panel van in top condition....anyone on here?

Cheers
