I think that is going to really struggle around town unless your van is an empty panel van. They have no low torque but really like to be revved. In the automatics they seem much better, but the manuals are hard work. This engine was dropped out the mk4 golf range and they went back to the old 2.0 8 valve which has 10bhp less but lots more low down torque. I would source the turbo bits and bolt them on.
