Steering wheel sizes???

Standard T3 steering wheels, are they the same size, power steering or not, padded(Carat) or not etc, any advice people? cheers vic...
THEY SHOULD HAVE LEFT HIM ALONE.
A reg Devon, 1.9 df. NOW HAVE 2.1 MV WITH CARB CONV.

I think the powersteering models were slightly smaller..
AGG 2.0L 8V. (Golf GTi MkIII)

Normal "pooh" plastic van wheel = 450mm

Nice padded Caravelle wheel = 450mm

Nice padded wheel from van/caravelle with power steering (looks like standard Caravelle wheel) = 420mm (thats right, a big disclok will fit over it!)
