Twin carb

Post by IanMills »

Hi after even more advice!! I have a 1989 T25 Panel Van with a 1.9 DG engine, I want to give it a little bit more of a spring in its step. I use the van for work so reliability is an issue, I was thinking has anyone done / know about a twin carb conversion for this motor or any advice in making the old girl pick up her skirt a little.
Many Thanks
Ian

twein carbs are possible and will make a difference but need setting up properly on a rolling road..

First off make sure the one on there is actually working correctly, the second choke actuator and the small pipes that connect the vac source do split and leak etc..
