Don't know if I'd head back there just yet, but I'm sure you'd love it. (of-course you could add armour to that thing! Well its something else to spend money on! ) it was/is a beautiful/interesting country with friendly people!

BTW...That is the famous Khyber Pass, looking North, you can just see the road winding through gap in the Hindu Kush mountains. There are loads of old British forts dotted along its length to protect this vital route. As the British put it....."Every stone in the Khyber is soaked in blood."

Put an old lead I had kicking around from my Aircooled days. Sounds better, goes better! Jkampers have got some correct leads coming in on Friday.

Happy chap.

Not so happy.

New leads, dizzy cap & rotor arm. Definately feels better but it was ticking over the other day & the half second stall was back,. Only did it once in 8/10 minutes.

I now have a 2.1 i'm playing with and it's got the same problem. Changed leads again, new dizzy cap and better but still there. I then proceeded to clean up ALL electrical contacts and still there. It's so minor a very very slight drop / stutter in rpm note rather than a stall. The stabiliser thingy has now been changed.. still there...
Then I was chatting to a mate with Subabru plastic fantastic and while his engine was idling guess what it did the same thing, he reckoned it was just a flat four characteristic a balancing thing, whether he's talking crap or not i don't care thats my excuse and i'm sticking to it I have loads more other important jobs to do!!!
If you find the cure post it here!!
Thats PEET as in FEET!!!
