Leisure Battery Size

Post by totallyconfused »

Hi - I am trying to fit a leisure battery to my T25. I have a second space under the drivers seat (Left hand drive Van). The problem I have is that the whole is only 17.5 cm high (ideally, i want to leave the drop down door on top) and approx 18cm Wide. Does anyone know where i can get a leisure battery that would fit into this space??

I have had a look online and all seem to be too tall!! Any help greatfully appreciated.

Cheers - Christian.

hi christian
there are lots of types that will fit under seat.
i would not bother with leisure batt.
i use type 067 65ah
type 065 , 063 , 100 , 110 and some 096 will all fit.
go for strongest u can afford.
i find 067 fits the handiest has good power and good value.

Once again - thanks a lot. I found the article very useful but think I will go for the 65ah type and try not to run it down too low.

Cheers - Christian
