I have searched and looked on wiki, but can`t find any info on converting a 1915 w`cooled to a manual choke, are they available ? and where from, actually it`s not that old (1915 ! ) it`s a 1985
loud pipes save lives !

We don't get many requests for manual choke conversions for the simple reason that the standard unit gives very little trouble,,,,,unless you have been buggering about with it........

I'm sure if you do a search for Carb service parts on this site you will find wha`t you are after.
