The pump in the centre of the photo is constantly running as is my turbo fan.
I have to disconnect the battery to stop it going flat as it will just carry on continuosly
Any ideas? Are they on a thermostat ?

Yeah, the thermoswitch for the aux water pump also controls the turbo cooling fan [through a relay in the black box in the engine compartment ] the thermoswitch should be on the front of the cylinder head where the pipe goes off to the heater matrix, should only come when the water temp gets to 107c the wires are red/br [ live] and brown [earth],so either the switch or wiring is faulty.
Good luck.
Good luck.
I dont think, so I'm not[do I exist?]

This thing is triggered 2 ways - directly by the coolent temp switch, and indirectly by the starter motor via the little relay next to the heaterplug relay - prevents it seazing aparently. If eather has stuck it'll run constant. Unpluging the one thats stuck should stop it.
The turbo cooler (a syncro only addon to the aux pump circuit) behind the rear left light cluster, operates with the aux pump via a relay near the cooler itself - these seem to age so if you ever hear the aux pump running when the cooler isn't try another relay.

Matt,
Glen's got it spot on. The sender (F95) is in one of the manifolds on the head, and has a red/brown wire along with an earth. The relay (J151) is in the junction box. With the engine cold whichever you unplug that stops the pump is the faulty one.
If your bearings are fixed I hope this means you can make it to Plymouth ?
