Thats Johns mobile service wagon he does service and repairs to top end Mercs etc... So naturally its ideal for camping out at off road events where he puts his "syncromog" throught it paces...

That's John Wessel's SyncroMog. The big 'Mog was there to showcase John's mobile full service garage. There's even a lift inside it. It's a sight to behold. A year before John bought that Unimog, I spotted it a local shopping center. I parked my GF's 2000 Dodge Caravan (minivan) next to it. The roof of the Dodge was just slightly lower than the cargo bed of this monster.

Unfortunately, John's concocted his business model before the 100%+ increased in fuel cost here.

Maybe just a little. I know things are pricey on IOM. But if you can afford to live there, you should be a afford more than the average fellow, right?

I still think you might have misplaced that decimal point. Otherwise, you're paying an incredible $875.71 per gallon at today's exchange rates for super. If you willing to pay those prices, I have the perfect thing to sell you for connecting you with your friends in rest of the UK.

Its atleast that bad on mainland UK now too! Diesel was £1.25 a liitre last weekend, thats 5p more than the weekend before. I'm sure it'll be aproching £1.30 next weekend, already is in sum areas. We aren't overly willing to pay those prices but we have little choice if we want/have to drive.
