I have a double one on my van - i wouldn't have thought it was any easier to break into that window than any other on the van, the slats seem pretty secure to me and they sort of lock shut.

I learned last week that they don't stay open whilst driving on the motorway though :?

get a lovely breeze while parked up and the sliding door open though.........
