oily dribble

Post by jpee »

Hi all looking for some ideas. I have noticed an oily slick in the drivers foot well of my '85 Transporter 1.9 petrol. It seems to be coming from the rubber gaiter at the bottom of the steering column. No oil on peddles or front wall of foot well. Any suggestions please.
Never sure where I'm going till i get there.

Thanks guys. Found it no problem. The inlet for the hydrolic pipe is wet and oily so i'll assume it is the clutch master.
