Multivan bed

Hi folks I'm just doing some homework here so I hope you can help. My van has 2 rear seats with a centre arm rest and cupboards either side. I'd like to remove these seats and fit a bench type seat which will convert to a bed.

Depending on width I should gain another seat but Ideally I'd like to keep the side cupboards. My question is what are my options? Will I need to remove the side cupboards and fit a full width bench or will a 3/4 R&R fit in? What width is a 3/4 R&R?

The Carat seating option you have is sought after as is the Multi van Rock and Roll bed option.......The Full width 3 seat bench seat /bed is the 'One eyed get', so where do you start to look for such a thing.

I would sell the one you have including the cupboards/re-clining seats /armrest, then get in touch with all the known van breakers in the UK. who will give you first shout on the next multi van they come across..

There are two multivan type beds on Ebay at the moment - wonder how much they'll go for?
I would really like one of them but they seem to fetch ridiculous prices - in my opininion anyway!

I saw the ebay ones too and that's what started me thinking. My van is great the only thing it lacks is sleeping accomodation. S'pose you can't have it all!!
