another breakdown help

using my crewcab for work and it's just started to let me down, it took me to bustypes and back no probs but since wed night it's broke down 4 times,each time it's been running for about 10 mins from coldand running fine and then the revs drop off and just cuts out and if i try to start it back up it fires up but doesn't run without really revving it i've kept trying it on and off for about 30 mins with no joy and then it will fire up and then run well i thought it could be fuel so i changed the in line filters but no joy,blasted the carb with carb cleaner all over and wd-40d round springs and now it's really doin my head in any advice appreciated it's a 1.9dg

ignition amplifier possible, gets hot and the ic fails. common fault, very common part in golfs etc too, make sure it's fitted to heatsink with paSTE AND HEATSINK AND AMP ARE WELL EARTHED, sorry to shout, hit cl
