Front Passenger Seat Won't budge

Hi All,

I moved the front passenger seat, (can't remember if it was forward or back), but now I can't move it either forward or back which means the chair just swivels because I can't lock it into place. I've tried WD40 but it still won't move. Has anyone got any suggestions???

Make sure you are sat in the seat you are trying to move, and get someone, as you are trying to shift it forward, to give it a kick, or a shove. Just brute force.
