Hi Michelle.
I fitted Range Rover seats in mine. Big and comfortable and reasonably easy to fit but requires drilling new holes.
If you do a search there are a lot of threads on this subject.

Fitted Saab seats to mine. Again, need a little work to get them to fit eg. 2 length of rectangular tubing that goes across the seat from one side to the other. These span the original seat mounts and have to be drilled at 2 points, one for the new seats and one for the original mounts. Again, plenty of info about this on here and on the net.
Thay have flat bases which makes them ideal to convert and come in many designs and specifications eg. leather, heated, position memory etc.
If you decide to go this way let me know, got loads of info on fitting and wiring etc.
