brm alloys
Posted here and in modified as not sure where it should be.
Ok been tryin to sort out some new wheels and have spoken to several companies-cool air, alan schofield and karman konnection and they all say that the brm 5 x 112 stud pattern will fit straight onto an 1980 Aircooled t25.
Now, machine7 will not confirm that they will bolt straight on so im gettin slightly confused as to weather they will or they wont.
Anybody help please?????

They'll fit straight onto the stud pattern BUT you'll probably require longer bolts and studs. Remember the T3 is weird - you have bolts at the rear and nuts up front - longer bolts is easy but fitting longer studs is a bit more involved. If in doubt get an expert to do it as they're holding your wheels on and that's quite important...
An expert on T3's and seller of wheel fitments? Si Baxter at Brickwerks..

What does OFFSET (et) mean?
Your car requires a unique offset. This is where the wheel will sit in relation to the bodyline of the vehicle, realistically you can go 5-7mm outside these recommendations, but always consult a technician if you are unsure, as there are often other factors that need to be considered. Offset is usually stamped on the wheel and is measured in millimetres of et (et is the short form of the German word 'Einpresstiefe' which literally translates as insertion depth).

they said that i wouldnt have any probs fitting them to my van and they were the right ones for a t25 when u buy them from them u get new wheel bolts as they are the only difference trying giving them a bell they was very helpfull when i spoke to them. I had the concern that the t25 was too heavy for brms but they told me that there wheels are designed to take the weight of a van
