Rebuild turbo

Anyone know if rebuilding a turbo is recommended?
Any tutorial on this?

Because it looks easy in theory but the impeller and compressor need to be balanced on the spindle due to the very high rpm it spins at. your're looking at something around 300 quid for a rebuilt one.
