A/C HEATER PODS-ARE THEY EASY TO REPLACE ?

Post by Gunslinger »

I've acquired new heater pods from GSF and was wondering if they are relatively easy to replace and some idea of the time they take as might do them Saturday morning but I'm restricted to a certain amount of time.

Thanks
Stuart

They aren't too bad, depending on the condition of the old ones and IF (its a big if) you don't unearth lots of other problems while you are there.

Normal problems:

Pods rusted on.
Cables missing/rusted on/snapped.
Ducting missing/buggered.

Access if fairly easy and with a little care and time its easily done.

Thanks Lee. I've had a quick look and the cables seem to be ok as does the ducting. The pods are really badly corroded though so I'll take my time !!
