Oil changing/egine flushing

The oil in 'me engine is a tad "bitty" and i mean a tad. I was told by mate to use a certain oil in T25's.....but i can't remember the name of it....any suggestions.

Also, to all you experienced people would recommend engine flushing???

just change the oil and filter , i wouldnt be flushing anything apart from the bog ... flushing an old engine can open a right can of worms

haynes recommends oil, think its the 15w50 or the 15w40???

Defo 15/50 in air cooled
think its 15/40 in water cooled

get it from halfords , 15/40 blue plastic bottle , about 12 quid ,
