New look forum

We now have a 'new look' to the forum, achieved in several stages over the last week or two, there are many small detail improvements and it now incorporates the Syncronauts logo at the top.
Clicking on this takes you straight to the Syncro forum.

Thanks to Lone Gunman (Stephen) for achieving this and Jake for all round technical support. Also we now have the facility for moderators and administrators to discuss improvements and moderation issues behind the scenes.

In just over a week the forum has 315 registered users and a forum that is good looking with better features and which doesn't hang for minutes on end.

T'is a vast improvement and a credit to all who affected the changes.
It's a fitting face to anyone checking us out.
