does any one no were i can get a tool to compress the piston rings on a 1.9 water cooled engine so i can put the liners bak in in kent area

The pistons need to come off to put the liners back on. A normal compresser will do it.

Roughly where abouts are you in Kent eg. N, S, E, W?
Know of a few places who do ring compressors around this area.

Not too sure about south Kent as I'm in the North but any motor factors or Halfords should supply or stock them.
