Hello,
Where can I get some big bars to have fitted to the front of my T3? Been looking for a while and haven't found any yet. They don't have to be new, just so long as they protect the front of me luvverly motor.
today i'll be mostly getting a wireless fitted. Looking for an Mp3 player and one of those tune-it-into-your-radio-and-it-will-play-your-Mp3's, thingies.
Bullbars, nudge bars, ruddy great iron girders for the front.

my radio has a slot for an sd card, a jack for mp3 players and a USB slot to play my mps. Will also play a cd, and the radio works with a coat hanger aerial!! (little lovelies round here snapped my aerial - replaced with a coathanger as a stopgap....now on the second coathanger..hehehe)
Cost less than £50 from aldi - the radio...coathangers I had in the wardrobe....

got my bullbars of thievebay for £35
They do come up about once a month, or did do six months ago. Had to get a man ( shaggy at pentire in Newquay - the best VW dude bar none) to cut holes in my syncro chin guard pan thingy for it to fit. Looks the mutts and good for pushing branches and emmets out of the way. Still get cut up by BMW and mumsie 4x4s though.

Got a stereo! Had it fitted this afternoon and it's jolly good. Cheapest one they had. Front comes off. These new wirelesses don't need time to warm up or anything! There is, as you recommend, a small hole into which I can insert a lead with an Mp3 thingy on the other end and it doesn't need winding up before use, so now all I need is an Mp3 player thingy.
Only one of the old loudspeakers doesn't work and that's fine because it's the one in the driver's door and while my girl doesn't mind a fair musical blasting, I prefer to listen to the dulcet tones of a 1.6Td purring away some 8 feet behind me.
Also picked up a rachet and nylon strop to ....errrmm...rachet and strop the front doors together. A sticky mat for the table. Michelin guide to France.
Next - alarm. dash tidy thingy. bullbar (we're going to Spain). Tickets to cross the English channel....more clients so we can afford all this....t.b.c

Get a stereo with the jack socket on the front (or back) and plug the mp3 player straight in.
Unless you have several cars... I have one of the wireless things because I drive four different cars and it will work in all of them with a simple memory stick.

Mem-o-ry-stick.....memorystick....a stick with a memory.....like a Totem pole....this defies logic, I love it, what trees do they grow on?
You take a stick, put it into your cars and it works. I guess it beats having to pull over each time the needle skips on the gramophone and that's why they invented wirelesses but a stick?! It'll never catch on I tell you.

Flash drive, pendrive, USB stick - call it what you will, but I'm an IT teacher and memory stick is fine for me.
