Who's Syncro 16 in Hereford

I just happened to be at B&Q in Hereford on Sat afternoon when I saw a dark blue syncro 16 multivan. Just wondering who's it was. Looked really sweet, there is no getting away from how good a 16" syncro looks, whether petrol or diesel.
