While everyone loves a bargain I know Russel has put JK parts on one van and Genuine VW parts on another and compared the wear. He said that the VW one hardly rusted at all over the same period that the pattern rusted terribly. At the end of the day exhaust life's pretty much all about the quality of the metal.

I bit the bullet and bought a full stainless system from Bluebird Customs for my 89 DG engined Leisure Drive. Just put a big bore straight tail pipe out the side now it looks great and sounds great too. Alot of money at just over the £500 mark but at least the tin worm doesn't like it.
