Hi all,
have replaced oil-seal around gearbox output flange - but still leaking!
Any ideas about what to do next? Would new flange help - existing one loose on splines (pulled off by hand)??
Thanks in advance for replies.

Is there much play in the otput flange itself? Bearings! Wouldn't help matters if lots of whirling going on..
Also, if CVJ badly worn this would also rattle the whole thing around a lot. And then, what was the flange seal surface like, grooved?
