i need my carbs setting up?

I have a 2l t25 cu engine with Dual Weber 34 Ict Kit. I took the van for an mot and it failed on the emission test, once he played around with the carbs it passed the emissions but now it runs bad with the odd backfire. Can someone tell me the best place to get the carbs set up! i am nere newmarket in suffolk. Or is this a job i can do on my own?

Can only suggest you talk to Steve at Gasure first, who might be able to give a good recommendation (they certainly used to service the spindle bushes etc, which often is the problem with aged carbs)
