Thanks to a good mate of mine, he has fitted the ex- Mike Ghia Bluestar 1600 TD motor to my sick syncro. It now runs sweet & a lot quieter & smoother than before. The oil buzzer was low oil pressure resulting in big ends going!

I even treated it to a good clean!

The low oil pressure must have made your 4wd stickers slip down as well. :wink:

No, I stuck those there on purpose, I thought they would less likely get damaged hidden in the swage line...

I have some more to do to it this week, to smarten it up a bit.

It drives great too, no different from the other wheels. tyres are 235/75x15 on Audi rims.
