audi a6 wheels- will they fit?

Post by Ben rhodes »

Ive recently purchased a nice set of audi a6 wheels for my bus, the pcd is 112 and the rear wheels fit fine but the front wheels dont quite squeeze all the way over the central hub. Is there anything I can do about this? ie spacers, longer studs etc?or is it a lost cause? They dont fit by the skin of as rats dick but my mate reckons if i bore out the central hole of the wheel it might mis-shape so im hesitant to follow this route.

Anyone any ideas?

Cheers. Ben.

I have A6 on mine..the fronts were bored out.i took them to a machine shop to have them done. cost me £30.....But I know of one fella that has taken the dust/grease caps off his and drilled a hole through the centre cap for the speedo cable...it's been like that for 18 months.....and he has never had any problems

Maybe someone else has heard of this being done

If you do get them bored out dont do it all the way through or the centre cap wont fit back on. Just get thrm bored enough to still leave the lip so it wil clip back on.
