Rear seat belt ROOF fitting

Hi, I am sure I have seen a 3 point rear seat belt with a roof mounted reel for use in a camper convertion, but I can't find it, does anyone know?

There is such a thing but where to find it I dont know!

I really want my kids using a 3 point belt as it has to be safer than just a lap belt & now I can do it without cutting up my units.
