value of van

Post by rubyvan »

Can anyone help I am looking to buy another t25 but unsure of its real value,
It is a left hooker full vw service history no issues underneath so the ad says!.

VW T3 Atlantic Westfalia, 1.6 td Last Series, Hightop, model 1991. Power steering, electric mirrors, both front seats can be turned backwards, factory tinted- thermic windows, aluminium rims, original metalic paint, original westfalia equipment, in very good condition including washsink, stove, refrigerator, diesel powered heating, seating for seven people, and sleeping for four persons.
The bus has no rust and is very clean from underneath, all documentation and bills from the beginning. The bus has a katalitic converter.
The engine consumes very little diesel/fuel 8Liters /100kms.
This bus has been inspected in a profesional vw garage, without any faults, runs and looks very good.

It is a cracker judging from the pics light metalic green with skirts on bottom and square healights looks chunky if you know what I mean
Any one out there any ideas what I should be willing to pay for this beauty
cheers
steve

That's a difficult one.
If we are talking very clean, with average mileage, then maybe £10,000 but then again, there is one on ebay as we speak with a start price of 15 grand.
It really all depends on just how good we are talking about, a tatty one might only go for 5, a tidy one but not imaculate, between 8 and 10, a truely immaculate one, well 16 grand plus?
