Help!!

Trying to remove knackered battery from behind drivers seat but cannot.

Do I have too remove the whole swivel base by undoing the four nuts?

If it's like our westy, you will probably have to remove the seat. There is a little stop-latch on seat into track to keep it from sliding out accidently. After seat is removed, turn swivel base around so it's facing back and you should be able to open battery cover. Cover just clears swivel base.

We only have passenger swivel base and clears battery cover by turning around and sliding back toward dash all the way, but steering wheel will get in way on driver's side. Our swivel base is welded in and will not clear if seat is not turned around.

Good Luck
