Still Smoking
My 1.6 TD is still smoking when I accelerate, the smoke is white, I have changed all 4 injectors and glow plugs, the pump timimg has also been checked, it is definately over fueling, any ideas

Nowt to worry about,,,,,,
Don't forget at this time of year when the general air temperature is in single figures steam from the combustion process will be more evident, just like it is after any cold start........

True but diesels love cold air and effeincy goes up big time which will reduce smoke.

In a turbo effeincy goes up a bit!
regardless of effeincy, the engine is still cold at startup so smoke will condense on the cold parts regardless. white smoke means cold somthing.....

Tom when I was behind you on Waterville Road (Monday morning) the smoke chuffing out of your exhaust was black.
