Replacing a leaky sunroof.

Post by elfin knight »

Hello to you all, and a happy new year.

I've been looking to see if anyone has posted something on this already but couldn't fin nuthin'

Anyway, my sunroof is leaking, due to a crack in the perspex dome. The camper is a Devon conversion with what I presume is the original square sunroof. I looked on Just Kapmers but their Fiamma model seemed to be slightly larger than mine. There's is 45x45cm while mine is 41.5x41.5cm. If I could just but the perspex in it's own that might do the job without taking out the whole unit.
If anyone knows whether the Just Kampers sunroof is fine for the job and whether it's a tough job - in making it watertight again - that would be helpful.
Cheers guys. I'll do some more seaching myself and see what I find.

E.K.

thanks guys for the advice. I tried Agent Fiamma but they reckoned that none of their sunroofs would fit my original one - hmmn strange. Anyway I'll see what I can find on my travels. If I find an outlet I'll let you all know.
