Hi Rich... Rob here from Shrewsbury. That looks wicked mate, hoping to do mine before long. I saw your van a while back on the M54 and was very envious as mine is exactly the same colour as yours but the old rust has set in again and will need another respray done soon. (doing it on the cheap doesn't pay!!!)
I just thought I'd let you know.. from the photos I see that your pop top is hanging over the guttering at the front (and I would imagine the back too). It's your gas struts. Mine had got really bad and I was looking for a new roof thinking mine had warped out of shape but I thought I'd try replacing the gas struts and it sorted the problem immediately, I couldn't beleive it. I bought them from bearing man in Shrewsbury for about 28 quid each. there are 2 each end and the horizontal ones were completely dead and the uprights getting there. Bitch to fit but worth it. If you decide to do it I'd be more than happy for a jolly over to lend a hand (needs 2 blokes, the wife didn't quite have enough weight behind her to force them in to fit, bless her).

Ok he did the 2 front captains seats including covering the headrests. front door panels, rock and roll bed, potty box and side seat, rear bed cushion and the bit underneath it. £760...........if you say it quick it doesn't sound so much.......other quotes were over a grand :shock:
