Hi, those look like Autosleeper cupboard units that have had some diy attention! A few more photos of the van and interior might help to confirm this.

< < < p.s. click on the link to the left here to see some photos of the interior of our van, the cupboard units are in their original finish. Autosleeper is generally thought of as being a good quality conversion.
Looking for: window apertures for side windows, at the back of the van
T25; 1985; RHD; 1.9DG petrol / LPG; white Autosleeper high-top; Looking rusty again!
The pop-top is Autosleeper style, but like the other guys I think it looks like the interior has been altered in the past. I had an original Autosleeper pop-top in the past and liked the conversion a lot.
im sucpicous its not a van soemones converted as twin slider windows both sides internal water tank thingy and a interior that doesnt seem to go wwith age of the van or am i being silly?
1) look at several, this will give you a much better idea of what your money can get you. I saw about 10 vans before settling on the one I've got, and I knew from having driven and poked so many different vans that mine was worth the money
2) you should be paying a bit less at this time of year as silly season hasn't kicked off yet.
There are plenty out there of the sort you're looking for, unless you need one right now.
it looks dated because it is, it is twenty years old. that is why some of the reimo conversions or the westy ones look good even though they are old, some how they still look modern.the fact it has a newish engine and what with water jacket issues your laughing there and the 2.1 is a good engine with loads of poke. if i were you though i would think about the lpg route that most of us have gone down it.
i would have a look at the seems at the back just to check what that brown painted strip at the bottom is covering if anything. have a good look at that roof as they are prone to leak and remember you can get a good un in Germany.
if you want one with a modern looking interior i would go for a reimo and a later one at that. it might just be me but i have found that the Aircooled vans seem generally solid as do the later watercooled vans, but i don't know if they were built of different gauge steel but the early watercooled ones seem a bit more prone to seem rash and general rot.
