yeah - the pluss organization in Exter - do things mail order too.....they did all my cushions and seat covers for me, in material I supplied. Search fpr pluss in campers....tis a good thread with some good pictures!
Rev pimp - that red line is a nightmare...is pipeing soewn in so you have a seam...so you need a gap in THE wadding below to hide said seam. So then the gap has to lin up with the seam, leaving enough to still get roudn the edges....you seeing the pattern of my mistakes, and the many hours of product development to get that board to the condition its in.....

looking good there !! One thing on glue i always use stikatak b&q sell it its really good at sticking carpet etc in vans its like a contact glue!
