What's a T4 Syncro worth?

How much would you say this T4 Syncro is worth?

S reg, so 1998 I guess, 2.5L petrol, face lift model, electric mirrors, rear wheel carrier, MOT, no tax. 100,000 miles. There is a flap for 240v hook up.

There are a few dents & scratches on the body & bumper scuffs. Nothing too bad. There is some isolated rust bubbling on the NSR wheel arch due to previous repair. There are no rear seats, the back is empty.

Reallyd epends what anyone wants to pay for it... of course. How it drives and maintenance of engine and gearbox condition would be main criterion...

£4~£5k ?

snot worth that much,that looks like a ex sky van,ive seen several recently and threy have fetched about 2k,reason being-petrol,if it were tdi it would be triple that,weve got a petrol swb syncro t4 caravelle as a family car with almost every option for 2k,this t4 looks like the one that came to my syncro event last year,has it got a eber that doesnt work? cj.
