Dash Light Not Working

Post by shane r »

The speedo light on my 1991 T25 is not working. I bought a new bulb and it's made no difference. The light on the clock beside it is fine. Tried that bulb as a test on the speedo, still doesn't work. It all seems like bits of printed circuit board in there. Can it be fixed?

yes it can be fixed but you need to find out why there is no power at the bulb terminals
is the board intact and not cracked?

Not an easy one to fix if the printid circuit has been damaged. What I would do is solder 2 thin wires from the exposed terminals of the working lamp to the same terminals on the on which isn't, bypassing the printed circuit.
