Diesels do love oxygen, that's why, and if I remember correctly, it's still free!!

Diesels only ever match petrol engines when they have a turbocharger to lean on...

Ergo: they need help (poor old things) :lol:

Funny how that 'help' is self-contained and takes no energy from outside its own system... wasting exhaust energy and having a lower cycle efficiency is not something to shout about :evil:

Yes Russel, I live for the day when my workshop resonates to that sound!
Electrics are now sorted, mechanics nearly so but hampered by lack of spare cash.

Hi Doug
I asume you realise by my post that i have my new TDI runing.I still need to neaten up some things around engine then get on with the suspension and brakes to finish.
Cash is now holding me back on the brakes a bit and i need to get 2 special parts manurefactured for the front suspension.
