here one for you guys iv been having toruble start me van so been doing a lot of look at what ever one say but every think seem to be ok ie battery
eaths so on,when i fist had my gas fit to my van it did seem to run right till they moved the airbox ones moved a bit then it run very well,so now iv been looking at this in my engine,i see the rub had moved abit and was not on right. were the engine as been moving over the time. so iv made sure the rub were back on the airbox ok and siting right again, as sicne iv had the gas done the box cant go back in the holes ie were the airbox should sit, as it does not run right,anyway the van as start to start up much better, what i mix up about is when i did have trouble starting the van, ie fist thing, and then got it going,it seem to start up all day,it was just over night then it would not start, im sure it to do with the airbox am i right i feel i am. and is they a airbox i could get a bit litter then the one i got on they,mine is the round one iv got, but it got bits on they to ie for the gas,

could they have set the mix with the rubber leaking air then when you put it right ..it becomes to rich?

iv just put a new one in the van it seem like when the box move the ruber on it come away and then i think the van does wont to start up in the moring one it going it fine and when i put the rub back home its seem to start up ok i like to but box back but i no the gas well not run right

if you have lpg then the inlet manifold effectively lengthens the rubber hose connection between the air box and the inlet manifold and makes it all a bit tight, bit it will locate correctly. Top tip is locate the airbox in the two holes and start to fix the top catch to the bulkhead then manipulate the tube on, adjust and do up the jubilees. You don't want any air leaks as it messes the mix up massively on gas and on petrol, check for air leaks with a little carb cleaner once it's all tight.
