Want to get a oil sandwich plate for an oil cooler on my 2 ltr Aircooled... what is the fitting size? Is it 3/4 or M20?

Hey Tim, that's spooky. I was thinking about doing something similar and wondering about the size stuff just yesterday. Where are you getting the bits from and how much etc??

Hi Keith.....still looking at the mo, mocal do a sandwich plate with built in thermostat for about £40...of just get a standard one and it an in line one..their about £40 for an inline thermostat + the plate!.... not sure which is the best way to go?..if anyone has any advice?... 13 row oil cooler seem to vary in price.....Hose seems to be about £8 a metre..When ive sussed it out i'll let you know...going to fit the oil temp sender in line some where, make up a fitting for it.
